How to Pass the Pharmacist Licensure Exam in the Philippines?
A pharmacist is a highly skilled professional who deals with selling, distributing, and dispensing medicines. Pharmacists are trained to handle a wide range of drugs and medicines. They must also be able to identify the various medications and ensure they are safe for consumption.
To become one, you need to pass the Pharmacist Board Exam conducted by the PRC. This test assesses your knowledge in various areas, such as microbiology, chemistry, pharmacology, and pharmaceutical law. Here are some tips that can help you make it through this challenging test:
Know your syllabus well
The first step is to make sure that you know the syllabus or the subjects covered for the Pharmacist Licensure Exam in the Philippines. The best way to do this is by reading up on it extensively beforehand so that you can prepare yourself well enough when it comes time for the real thing. We posted all the subjects covered for PhLE exam (check it out above).
You should also make sure that you study hard for each chapter so that you do not have any problems answering questions about them during the exam.
Take notes during lectures
When taking notes during lectures, make sure that they are detailed enough to help train your memory better. For example, make sure that whenever a professor mentions something noteworthy about a particular topic or concept during class, write it down as soon as possible so that you can remember it later. This will help you remember any important details about the concept of the subject.
Review and prepare for the licensure exam
Do not take the professional exam for pharmacists if you are not prepared for it. Doing poorly on the exam could mean more time studying and more money spent on reviewing and test prep courses.
Ask some advice from successful pharmacists
Ask friends and family members who have taken the exam for advice on what worked for them and what did not.
Get enough sleep before the Pharmacist board exam
Get plenty of sleep before taking the exam so you don’t get too tired during the examination day. You will need all your energy to stay focused during testing hours.
Eat your favorite breakfast
